I have AspenPlus V8.4 installed on my computer. I need to open an old .dynf file, but I’m unable to do so. This file is very important to me; I hope someone experienced can help me figure out how to open it! Thank you! Every time it is opened, the following window appears:

I took a look; there is an appdf file in that folder, but I still can’t open the dynf file. Could it be a problem with the software version? Both the appdf and dynf files are from the old version from 2001, and I’m using AspenPlus V8.4 now – could it be a compatibility issue due to different versions?
If the versions are different, it may not be possible to open it; you can generate an appdf file yourself
