What software is mainly used for drawing piping diagrams in the domestic industry nowadays?
PDMS, CAD-WORX, AutoCAD?
Have all PDSs been phased out? . . . . PDMS is really useful in so many ways
I don’t know; I’m not from the chemical industry. :lol
PDS is used very rarely these days; what is popular in the market nowadays are mainly PDMS (versions 11.6 are probably very scarce, while versions 12.0 and 12.1 are more common), SmartPlant3D, and there may be others as well – these are the ones I have come across

There is enough money to use British PDMS for large-scale projects, as well as sufficient time to learn. For small and medium-sized projects, domestic AutoPDMS is really good too!
Let’s break it down by sub-item: for regular inspection and maintenance tasks, PDSOFT is more convenient, thanks to the high degree of flexibility in creating custom databases. Larger PDMS is more convenient, but it requires a dedicated person to maintain the library. But now all the major oil companies are increasingly inclined toward Eagle Picture’ s integrated delivery solution. The descriptions provided by the manufacturers sound very impressive, but I personally have not yet had the opportunity to use it
