For learning*, a PDF will suffice; moreover, the construction drawings for this kind of thing are generally kept confidential
You can look for manufacturers that produce evaporators and tell them that you have a project coming up and need the drawings; it’s okay to get those, but only the overall assembly diagrams – the detailed drawings are not available as they are kept confidential
