Changing the annotation color in CAD

CAD technology has always been at a level that allows for drawing diagrams only; moreover, previous jobs did not require very high levels of CAD proficiency. Well, that’s about enough preamble to find a venue; now let’s get to the point. I now want to change all the colors in the drawings to black and white, but I simply can’t change the colors of the annotations. I’ve attached the CAD file and screenshots; I earnestly ask those knowledgeable users for their help.
Modify in properties (right-click mouse)
Change it in the properties; if that doesn’t work, go to D to change the label style.
Black and white can be set using the black and white mode in the settings
First, apply all annotations; the colors are set per layer according to the layers themselves, and then the annotation style is modified.

No way was found to make the change.
The attribute was changed, but not. I can’t change the color of the annotation style.
