I have a simple question. First, the parameter setting warning for CfFilter is as follows: PSD FRACTIONS ARE NOT PROVIDED IN ALL SUBSTREAMS THAT HAVE SOLIDS FLOW. SOLIDS ARE EVENLY DISTRIBUTED INTO SIZE INTERVALS. PSD classification is not available in all cases where there is solid flow. The solids are even distributed at intervals of varying sizes. How can I resolve this warning? The following attempts were made: 1. Different ranges of particle size distribution were provided in the CI Solids option for all flow streams involving solids; 2. The PSD mesh type was changed to non-equidistant in simulation/setup/solids/PSD. I would like to ask again: What do ① separation sharpness and ② offset of lines mean? (I couldn’t find any relevant explanatory materials online, in Aspen Help, in Exchange, or in Aspen’s built-in solids processing features.) ) Finally, thank you for your answer!
It seems this warning indicates that for some sub-streams intended to be solidified, the particle size has not been specified; Aspen assigned values to them automatically based on a uniform distribution. By setting these values manually, you should be able to eliminate this warning

I’m not very familiar with solids; there might be overall regulations and local regulations. You can try Aspen to see the difference between the two, and then it will be clear at a glance
It has been resolved~Check all flow streams that contain solids; PSD in Solids, CI Solids must be set for each stream.
Hello, original poster~ I’ve encountered this problem as well. I’m not quite sure how to carry out the method you mentioned. If we need to enter the PSD of Clsolids for each element, then how should we fill in the status variable field?
