I’ve assigned initial values to it as well, but the warning still appears. Please let me know how to resolve this issue. Flowchart and flow BKP file are attached.

You’ve set the tear flow incorrectly. For this loop, you just need to set a BIN value for the tear flow; moreover, the tear flow needs to be given an initial value. Take a look at my V10 version
