In PDMS, new projects cannot access the component library management

Unable to open DB CATS/CATA; FIU: File is in use. An error condition occurred during module switching (41,55). There are no databases available for use. On line 272 of the Command/Form: $!nextModule.command $!readOnly. This is called from line 272 of the macro located at D:\AVEVA\PDMS12.0.SP6\\pmllib/limbo/functions/moduleswitch.pmlfnc. $!nextModule.command $!readOnly is also called from line 59 of the macro at D:\AVEVA\PDMS12.0.SP6\\pmllib/monitor/functions/pdmsloginok.pmlfnc. $! $ $ $ $ is called from line 1 of the Command/Form Callback Command: $m “D:\AVEVA\PDMS12.0.SP6\\pmllib/monitor/functions/pdmsloginok.pmlfnc”. I have created a new project and try to access the component library in order to add components, but I’m unable to do so due to the above error. Please advise me on how to resolve this issue. It would be great if you could also explain how to use PDMS’s help documentation to solve this problem. Thank you!
