Understand the physical properties of each component in the process, and use ASPEN to simulate the distillation process; many of these steps cannot be demonstrated through pilot or lab-scale tests. Bosses always ask, \"Your technology sounds so great – do you have any pilot or lab-scale tests to prove it?\" ” So how can we make others believe us? Actually, those who truly understand it do so naturally; those who play ASPEN at an advanced level should be aware of this. There are things that can only be understood, not put into words. But those who don’t understand simply don’t believe it at all :'(。
You can’t discuss things with a boss using technical terms; if that boss doesn’t understand technology, then it’s like trying to talk to an ox – it’s difficult to persuade him using technical arguments! The current boss isn’t a fool either; if he’s to invest money, he needs to see the future, to understand the market, and to make money. What matters to the boss are return on investment and risks; as for technology, bosses who are interested and willing to put in effort will naturally seek out relevant professionals for confirmation.
Also, when it comes to technology, to be honest, without practical simulations, I can’t claim with 100% certainty that simulations are completely error-free. Especially in the area of distillation simulation, while the thermodynamic equations for some systems are fine, most of them require certain modifications to correspond to reality, and this requires substantial support from actual data.

Well, we have extensive practical experience in technology; we are very familiar with ASPEN, and our design processes are among the most advanced in China. Recently, I worked on a technical improvement project for acrylics that allowed the wastewater to be treated effectively, achieving zero wastewater discharge.
Haha, many people didn’t believe it, but it was actually created.
Are you an acrylic manufacturer? You can message me privately, call me, or add me on WeChat. 18017720663
The cow was blown to death. What should be done next?
Hello, there is a definite technology behind this; it’s not just something I come here to brag about for no reason. If necessary, let’s get in touch and discuss it privately.
There are no industrially mature devices, nor pilot or lab-scale devices. Really, no one dares to believe in your technology. Apply for a patent first. Please share your simulation results so everyone can take a first look. :)
