Tools for automatically generating PDMS toolbars

By naming the created PML program according to the rules (toolbar name + tool name) and placing it in the specified folder, a toolbar along with the corresponding tool will be automatically generated in PDMS. Multiple toolbars can be defined simultaneously without the user needing to perform any additional actions.
