CEASAR II 2017 installation issues

After installing CEASAR II 2017, it wouldn’t run; it indicated that SPLM version 12.000 was required. I downloaded and installed SPLM 12.000, but other problems arose and it still wouldn’t run. Could some expert please advise me on how to install it properly?
I’m facing the same issue; I haven’t found a version of SPLM12.0 yet. Anyone who has solved this problem please share your insights!

I’ve tried to install it, but it didn’t succeed
C2 2017 installation instructions; those who need them can take them – I’ve managed to install it successfully. SPLM 12.0 is available in the post above; download it by yourself
I installed it following the tutorial, but the SPLM12KEYKEGN interface box appeared; when I clicked Generate, nothing happened

Uninstall SPLM and reinstall it, and then it can be generated. I encountered this problem a few days ago and resolved it in that way. Give it a try first; if it really doesn’t work, reinstall the system
