Does anyone know? I have a situation where the calculations related to what’s inside a reactor can be done using Excel, but there’s no corresponding model in Aspen. How should I proceed with the simulation, given that the reaction involves organic substances? . Bacteria are present inside carrying out anaerobic digestion; however, bacteria can be regarded as catalysts that influence the reaction rate, and I have relevant experimental data – how should I simulate this reaction device? . Or how to apply Excel formulas in Aspen. . . Because my supervisor wants me to carry out the entire process of anaerobic digestion to produce H2S, and then use NaOH to absorb that H2S. . . He said it would be meaningless to do them separately. . . . Or does anyone have relevant simulation files? . .
Aspen has an interface for Excel; give it a try to see if you can call it directly
