An error occurs when running Aspen. How can I resolve it?

I had the same problem, and it was solved by accident. First, the LIC file needs to be opened with administrative privileges before it can be copied. Then, find the ASPEN folder/ASPEN PLUS/SET VERSION program in the Start menu, open it, run it, and if it shows a success message, that’s it. Once Aspen is reopened, everything will be normal
But new problems have arisen; please help
