CADWorx2018 installation issues

I’ve been installing CADWorx 2018, Win10 Education edition, and ACAD 2018 in Chinese version these past two days. The installation and setup went smoothly, but CADWorx 2018 will not run. The interface keeps showing as loading. Who has a solution? Please explain!
Can the owner’s version be used? I’ve tried installing it several times, but it keeps giving an error regarding the license
It can be used, but it’s not as good as the 2016 version
The same is true for my CADworx2018 + CAD2016 – sometimes I can access the plant data, but not the equipment data. If the original poster has solved it, please share some guidance. :)
Misled by the name. License for installing device modules
How did the original poster solve it? Could you provide the installation instructions? I’ve tried installing it several times but failed; error 7006 appears
When using SPLM12.0, be sure to select one additional option when purchasing the product license.
