I was able to install it successfully on Win7 Enterprise Edition; what’s needed is a tool that supports SPLM 2012 (the SPLM 2012 License Generator). Next, go to the Start menu and find the option for generating a machine code, copy that code into the top field of the SPLM 2012 License Generator. Enter 735 for Service Life (0-735), select c2 from the list in the Product field, and change 0 to 11 in the Seats field. You need to press the Enter key to make these changes. After that, hold down the Ctrl key and use the mouse to select the icon on the left that matches C2 (you can also use the Shift key to select all C2 icons). Then press Generate Key, and copy the license code that appears into SPLM 2012. Note: Press Ctrl or Shift

Hi Haiyou, I’m not sure if your static analysis is working properly. I encountered the exact same issue of “SPLM Failed” during my static analysis today, but it didn’t affect other aspects of software modeling；
Static analysis also showed that SPLM FAILED; how did you resolve it afterward?
I’m still at a loss for solutions at the moment； Have you encountered a similar problem? At first, I only got this error when I started the software; who would have thought that after fixing that issue, I still faced the same problem every time I wanted to perform a static analysis after creating a model. It’s exactly the same as before – really frustrating ； I wonder if Haiyou knows how to solve this?
Try stopping and restarting the SPLM service?
