1. The u-bend span length (u-bend diameter + straight length along both legs from supports to bend tangent) exceeds the TEMA minimum unsupported span length. 2. The outlet nozzle velocity is greater than the tube exit velocity, with the momentum pressure drop between the tube exit and the outlet nozzle not being taken into account in the calculations. This pressure drop can be significant in a vacuum condenser; ensure there is sufficient margin to accommodate this additional pressure loss. How can these two warnings be eliminated? ? ? Thank you!
Use a support plate to increase the diameter of the tube-side outlet pipe.
