An incomprehensible issue in PDMS

Dear experts, I’m using PDMS 12.0 SP5. When I try to measure a model, the model disappears from the screen as soon as I move the mouse to the measurement point; yet the model actually still exists – it just isn’t visible. Does anyone know what could be causing this? I’m in a hurry, waiting online, thanks
It’s probably a problem with the monitor’s brightness or contrast; try adjusting the monitor’s contrast and brightness
