Seeking help with Cadworx issues

The devices I created using CADWorx are all listed in the equipment layout diagram and saved. When I open it again, when I click on the devices or pipe connections, the parameters for those connections don’t appear. The command bar shows the message “Detected corrupt CADWorx data in this drawing (CADWORX_EQUIPMENT)”. What’s going on? Has anyone else encountered this issue?
It’s possible that the correct way to open it isn’t being used; just open the software first, and then open the drawing. This issue may occur if you open the drawing by double-clicking it directly~. Hope this helps
