I’m asking CAD experts: how is this Chinese character entered, and how can it be modified? Urgent need for an online answer

Could the experts help me figure out how to enter Chinese characters in the drawings in the attachment, and how to make changes to them? When I open them, they appear as lines separated into segments. Waiting online, thank you very much.

In this case, it’s no longer possible to change the font. Or rather, it’s no longer a font; the font has been broken down into individual strokes that are drawn one by one.

The drawings were converted from PDF to CAD; are they original data? There is no other way except to re-enter them
I’ve encountered it before. After converting PDF format drawings to DWG format, the text becomes fragmented in this way. It can only be deleted and re-entered

This is a CDA drawing converted from a PDF drawing using software; the fonts and lines have turned into line segments, and dashed and dotted lines have also become separate segments of lines. It is meant only for viewing, and any changes would require starting the process over
