For a DN850 heat exchanger, there were originally 221 tubes; 20 mm was the allowable diameter for these tubes. Ten tubes were removed during the process, and for simplicity, the value of 221 was changed to 211 in the calculation sheet without conducting any further calculations. The last time I reviewed GB/T151, I found that when k>1, it is not possible to use GB/T151 for calculations in SW6 when k>1; using JB/T4732 instead also yields valid results, but the calculation report still has to be prepared in accordance with GB/T151 standards. The inspection is coming up soon, and I’d like to ask everyone what to do Should we revise the calculation sheet? During inspection, does the inspector only look at the calculation sheet or do they calculate it themselves using SW6? I’ve only been working for a short time; before this I was involved in work related to normal pressure and negative pressure. It’s really complicated working with pressure vessels for the first time
For this question, go and ask in the Machinery section – Container category! When you say to use JB/T 4732, do you mean that when performing calculations for tube sheets using the SW6-2011 software, the JB/T4732 analysis method is chosen? Or was the heat exchanger later analyzed and designed as a whole in accordance with the JB/T4732 standard?
