Recently, when simulating caustic soda solutions, it was found that the calculation equations for the properties of ASPEN electrolytes do not provide very accurate values for the viscosity of such solutions; the differences from the values given in the manual are nearly 50%. I would like to perform data regression using the values from the manual, but I am not familiar with the specific procedures. Has anyone else done this before? Could you provide some guidance?
There’s no need for regression; try changing the viscosity calculation method first
I’ve tried basically every calculation method, but I haven’t found one that gives a matching result
