ERROR: Temperatures cross with the cooling capacity of the utility system in heater block H5. The temperatures in this block are 3.411758D+02 K and 2.981500D+02 K, while the temperatures of the utility system are 2.491500D+02 K and 2.481500D+02 K. * WARNING: There is a consistency issue with the cooling capacity of the utility system in heater block H5. The required cooling power is positive (1.534543D+06 watts), but the utility system can only be used for cooling; the cooling value is -4.000000D+03 J/KG. When trying to cool a circulating fluid from around 60°C down to 25°C, this error keeps occurring. Please ask an expert to help answer
The temperatures have crossed again; check to see if the hot and cold streams are reversed.
The HEATER I use is not a HEATX, so there’s no possibility of it being connected backwards. .
Looking at your warning message regarding the use of utility engineering, it seems that you selected \"utility engineering\" in the heater settings; moreover, the temperature for the utility engineering wasn’t set correctly
The block’s duty is positive (1.534543D+06 watts), but the utility can only be used for cooling. It’s clear that you need to cool down, yet the block module thinks you need heating – it’s possible that the temperature values are reversed
Since the Block duty value is positive, it indicates that heating is required (1.534543D+06 WAT), whereas you clearly intend to cool the fluid.
