I would like to ask the experts how to solve the problems that arise after installing and running HYSYS 10.0

After successfully installing HYSYS 10.0 and using it for some time, I recently encountered an issue where the license was deemed invalid when I tried to open the software, preventing me from accessing the simulation interface. After trying to re-import the license, I found that it resolved the issue, but the same problem appeared again after some time, which is quite frustrating. So I’d like to ask fellow sailors whether you’ve encountered such problems as well, and how you resolved them? (Thank you so much.) (The system I am using is WIN10 Professional 2018 Long-Term Service Version.)
Connecting HYSYS to the network is prohibited; I think it performs verification in the background, and the software can stop communicating with external servers without being connected to the network
