Can initialization be successful again after the Aspen simulation is completed?

Will it be possible to initialize again successfully after your Aspen simulation is completed? If it fails, is the result unreliable? When using a rate model for chemical absorption, after absorption and regeneration cycle back, reinitialization often results in non-convergence. Please discuss what improvement measures could be taken, and share the types of simulations in which convergence does not occur after initialization following a successful run.
No one is answering; I want to know too! :(
The result of the previous calculation can be used as the initial value for the next calculation before initialization; that should work
