Aspen problem

I don’t know why, but it seems there’s a problem after the system update. Aspen11 gets stuck while trying to load the property database and won’t open. Could anyone please help me and tell me what the issue is? Thank you very much
I have the same problem; reinstalling doesn’t work either.
Has it been resolved? I’m facing the same issue. Both Aspen Plus and Properties have this issue, but Aspen Custom Modeler can open it directly
Mine also started having problems on the 12th; it won’t open. . Reinstalling doesn’t work either; what’s the way to fix this?

Is yours the genuine version? Could it be the Americans’ restrictions on domestic software?

WIN10 gets background updates every day; you can do whatever you want with it! I have WIN10, and this problem has been present for many days already.
I’m having the same issue; the EDR is fine.
Can normal operation be achieved after reinstalling the system?
