The call for organizing standard materials is limited to the Process Engineering section – Standard Sharing category. Given the chaotic state of file uploads in the current Standards section, the following suggestions are made: 0. First, it is recommended that members conduct searches before uploading files, in order to avoid wasting resources due to duplicate content. 1. For duplicate resources in the standard section, all links to the same duplicate resource can be listed in the same reply. The person in charge selects the clearest version of the resource to keep, while the rest are deleted directly (the person in charge can choose not to notify the author to avoid disturbing everyone), and a reward in terms of wealth points is given to the person who posted the reply. 2. For the resources shared in the standard sharing section, if there are too many volumes, reply with 2 wealth per individual link (for example, if a single floor contains ten links, reply with 2*10). 3. The standard version is no longer valid; provide all links in the reply, along with the current version number. 4. The trial will run for one month, during which 1,000 HaiChuan coins from the prize pool will be allocated as rewards for members who participate actively. 5. Prize arrangement: 300 Haichuan coins per winner, 200 Haichuan coins for two winners, and 100 Haichuan coins for three winners. (The number of participants in the conditional execution activity must be more than 15; if there are too few participants, rewards will be given as appropriate.) 6. Add labels for the current standards and the obsolete standards, and reclassify the corresponding standards. Executors: Person in charge, deputy chief editor, and moderator of the relevant section.
