How to bring up the Caeserii operating condition editor

The operating condition editor cannot be found. After clicking run, it goes straight to the results screen. Which expert can tell me?
After running it, go back and click on the pyramid-shaped icon to the right of the “two little people” on the input page. If it is not running, the condition editor will be gray and cannot be clicked.
