May I ask what software is used for calculating the temperature distribution at each pipe section in high-temperature, long-distance (500m DN1000) pipeline systems? Does AutoPipe have this functionality? The process operates under varying conditions, which causes thermal stress on the process pipelines; therefore, thermal analysis is necessary. How should such problems be handled? (The process pipeline operates in a cycle range of -30 to 650 degrees Celsius, with one cycle per hour)
Ansys is used for equipment design and short-distance piping analysis; I haven’t seen it used for long-distance piping analysis
Do you have a Chinese version of Pipe? Could you send one?
