In the verification results for the Aspen EDR heat exchanger, there is an Operation Warning1325: It is estimated that 15% of the surface area is used for cooling the liquid phase. The number of tubes that are submerged naturally is estimated to be 115; therefore, only 20% of the surface area is covered by the liquid phase. Run the calculation again using a new value for the Area Fraction Submerged, so that the input value and the required value for the submerged surface area match. I’m not quite sure what this warning means or what impact it has on the operation of the heat exchanger; I hope someone can help explain this

Does it mean that if the submerged area is too small, the heat transfer efficiency decreases?
My personal understanding is that the heat exchange area occupied by the cooled liquid phase is estimated to be 15%; the number of tubes that are normally submerged is 115, meaning that 20% of the heat exchange area is submerged by the liquid phase. Enter a new flood area ratio to perform recalculation so that the input value matches the required value. It means that the liquid phase was not removed in time, resulting in a higher proportion of area occupied by the liquid phase.
Same question: how can this alarm be avoided? Is it okay not to take any action?
