Fatal CAD error

Help, CAD throws a fatal error every time a block is exploded; the undo command also causes a fatal error. Virus removal tools don’t work either. What can be done? {:2_30:}
Cracked versions of CAD virus scanners will produce errors; reinstalling or repairing the installation should resolve the issue
Indeed, during the repair process it was indicated that the acad.mnl file was missing; so I downloaded one from the internet and installed it again, and now the problem is resolved: handshake
