When engineers use the Haochen Mechanical CAD software to create mechanical drawings, they sometimes encounter issues with the CAD tolerance symbols being misaligned; however, this problem does not occur when they use another computer for drawing. Some people might think it’s a problem with the CAD software, but that’s not necessarily the case; the cause of this issue is usually an incorrect computer resolution setting. Let me show you the solution now! Steps to resolve issues with tolerance symbols in CAD software: Below, we will provide detailed instructions using a computer running Windows 10 as an example. For users who are using other operating systems such as Windows 7, the process is similar; users can adjust the settings accordingly, so no further detailed explanations are given here. Click the right mouse button on an empty area of our computer, and option icons will appear as shown in the figure below. Click to select the “Display Settings” menu, and the screen resolution settings interface as shown in the figure below will appear. In the dropdown list labeled “Change the size of text, applications, etc.” in the image above, select the option “100% (Recommended)”. In the dropdown list for “Resolution”, choose the recommended resolution of “1366x768 (Recommended)”. This way, the settings are complete. Then, by reopening the HaoChen CAD Mechanical software, the tolerance codes drawn will no longer be misaligned and will be displayed properly.
