When using the HaoChen CAD software to create drawings, if a CAD file turns out to be tilted after it is opened, what should be done in such a situation? Next, I’ll introduce to you the techniques for converting between coordinate systems! Steps for converting coordinate systems in CAD software: 1. First, open the HaoChen CAD software, then enter the shortcut command UCS in the command line and press the space bar to confirm. 2. Enter N as prompted in the command line to select creating a new coordinate system. 3. Continue by entering 3 as prompted by the command line; this value can be entered according to personal preference – 3 is used as an example here. The command line will then ask for the coordinates of the origin for the new coordinate system. 4. On the graph, we click on the origin to create a new coordinate system. 5. On the diagram, follow the instructions to click on the X-axis of the new coordinate system. 6. On the graph, follow the instructions to click on the Y-axis of the new coordinate system. 7. At this point, you will see that the coordinate system of your graphic has been rotated. As shown in the figure below: 8. Enter the shortcut command PLAN in the command line, press Enter to confirm, and then follow the prompts in the command line to select [Current UCS]. The default option is [Current UCS]; therefore, we don’t need to enter any commands – just press Space to confirm. As shown in the figure below: 9. At this point, it should be sufficient for most people, but many users sometimes need to look up certain coordinates, which can be troublesome; therefore, one more step is required. At this point, enter UCS again and select [World] according to the prompts on the command line. (The default option for this command is [World]; therefore, after entering the shortcut command in the command line, simply press Space to confirm without having to enter any additional commands.)
