Plant3D 2018 has a Chinese version for installation, but its interface is in English

I installed Plant3D 2018; the interface is in Chinese while the text is in English. I’ve tried methods such as adding a CN suffix to the files. I also tried using “\"C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2018\acad.exe\" /product ACAD /language \"zh-CN\"” – note the \"zh-CN\" part, which refers to Simplified Chinese – but that didn’t work either. Is it possible to set this within the software’s interface, or could a patch be used?
The downloaded file must be an installation package containing the words “Simplified_Chinese_”, and neither the storage path nor the installation path may contain Chinese characters.
