But if a block created on layer 0 is on a red layer, it cannot be changed to blue when selected. Can I only double-click to modify the color? The graphics are on layer 0. After making the blocks, whichever layer the blocks are inserted into, the graphics will be on that layer. If exploded, the graphics will return to layer 0. The graphics are on other layers. After being made into blocks, no matter which layer the blocks are inserted into, the graphics will always be on the original layer. The layer on which the CAD graphics is located is very important, otherwise there will be problems like the disappearance of the annotation arrows. 2. The inheritance relationship between color, line type, and line width. Let’s take color as an example. The color is set to Bylayer, and the color is consistent with the layer where the graphic is located. If the original layer of the graphic is on layer 0, the color of the graphic within the block changes with the layer in which the block is inserted. ； If the original graphic is not on layer 0, it will not follow the layer changes inserted by the block. Modify the color of the block, and the graphics within the block will not change accordingly. The color is set to Byblock, and the color is consistent with the block. Modify the block color, and the graphics in the block will change accordingly. The color is set to a specific color such as red, green, blue, etc., and the graphics will always remain in the original color. No matter how the layer and block colors are modified, the graphics within the block will not change. You can know the effect through a simple comparison. We set three layers in a picture, layer 0 is white, layer 1 is yellow, and layer 2 is green. Create three circles, set the colors to red, follow layer, and follow block respectively, and place layer 0 ； Then create a circle on layer 1 and set the color to follow layer ； Finally, create these graphics into blocks and change the block color to blue. Although the blocks are inserted in the same CAD layer and set to the same CAD color, due to the different layers and color settings of the original blocks, the final blocks appear in four colors. Even if you select four circles at the same time, create a block, and then insert it on layer 2 and set the block color to blue, the final result will be the same. Through such a simple example, everyone should be able to figure out how to control the layer, color, line type, line width and other attributes of the graphics within the block, and no longer be troubled by similar problems. But if you just want to modify the color, line type or line width of a certain graphic in the block, you can only double-click to enter the block editing and reference editing to modify it.
