CAD dimensions and text do not appear

When opening CAD drawings with the 2018 version of CAD, some annotations and text do not appear. All fonts have been downloaded, but it still doesn’t work. Does anyone know a solution?
I tried methods like “Ctrl+1” on Baidu online, but none of them worked.
Opening it with other CAD software will show all the text and annotations.
Where have all the experts gone?:sleepy:
Open the annotation style to see which font is being referenced, then go to the text style to check whether there is a yellow triangle associated with that font; if so, it means the referenced font does not exist, and you just need to change to another font

Click “Modify” to see which font is being used, and then go to the text style settings to find the corresponding font
I went in, and I have all those fonts with the shx extension.
Thank you, I can use other software to display it. I just want to understand what’s causing this?
