The default unit for specific heat capacity in Aspen is J/(kg·K). How can it be changed to J/(kg·℃)? Since Celsius is used in most calculations, this unit isn’t available among the options for displaying specific heat capacity values

In thermal calculations, it is usually necessary to convert temperatures to absolute temperature units in order to perform calculations; this information is provided for reference only.
Specific heat capacity is generally used in calculations related to temperature increases and decreases. There is no need to convert between K and °C, as they merely represent different reference points; it remains the same when used in calculations of Δtemperature
It’s almost the same; within a small range, the specific heat changes little with temperature, and the magnitude of the temperature change is the same.
Actually, the two units are the same; both /k and /°C refer to the change in temperature per degree. Although they represent different temperatures – for example, 273 K and 0°C both indicate the freezing point of water – when calculating differences, 1 K is equivalent to 1 °C, and there is a linear relationship between them
There’s no need to worry about this issue; the values for C and K are the same, as what is used in calculations is the temperature rise, and whether it is expressed in K or C, the value remains identical.
