When core technologies rely on foreign sources, it is as if our path to development is choked off; we constantly suffer from the pain of lacking core technologies, the drawbacks of having no operating systems, and the fear and anxiety associated with the absence of industrial software. This trend is becoming increasingly evident, especially at a time when Sino-U.S. relations are already highly tense. No longer subject to external constraints – the significant progress made by domestic industrial software manufacturers is well known.
