Abnormal display on Aspen V9

After reinstalling, all the menus are in small boxes; it seems to be the localized version. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Have you encountered a situation where the software freezes after it starts running?
V9 does not support Chinese; you can try V11 instead
Without a card, it switches to Chinese like this; in English, it works normally
Well, many people on the Internet have shared Chinese translations for V9, saying there are no problems with them, so I gave it a try as well. Well,... Anyway, thanks for your advice
I haven’t tried the Chinese translation for V9, but I did try it for V11 – it didn’t work, so I’ll just use the English version.
