Aspen Plus 8.4 failed to install

During installation, a message appeared stating that the matrix analysis program had stopped working; after closing the program, the installation was completed. When running the program, the message \"no license available\" appears, as shown in the figure below. The program will not start, and I’ve replaced the files as instructed in the tutorial. Could someone please advise me on how to resolve this issue? Baidu tried it too, but it still didn’t work
