Pipeline blockage issues during the distillation of ammonium chloride wastewater

Dear colleagues: Who has used a distillation tower to treat wastewater containing ammonium chloride? In our company’s distillation process, ammonium chloride precipitates heavily at the top of the condenser, blocking the pipes and causing an increase in pressure inside the tower. Do any of you have any good suggestions?
For the designs I create for factories, I use concentrators to handle crystallization.
1. Shift the crystal formation point to a location that is easier to handle； 2. Raise the temperature above the crystallization temperature to prevent crystallization ； 3. Use water to reduce the concentration and prevent crystallization
Why don’t you use evaporation crystallization instead of a distillation tower?
Use the evaporation concentration crystallization process.
