CADworx2017 runs stuck

Originally, there was CAD2016 in the computer and it ran normally. I usually used CAD2021 to draw. Today I installed CADworx2017 based on CAD2016 and the installation was successful. But it gets stuck as soon as I run it, and it gets stuck when I start CAD2016 alone. What is the reason for this?
After more than half an hour, it pops up and the prompt is 6007 error.
1. There is a problem with your installation package. It is a pirated version. 2. In many cases, if two versions are installed, they will conflict, especially when the genuine version and the pirated version coexist. 3. There is registry junk or uninstallation residue. It is difficult to clean up the uninstallation residue, and people who don’t know much about computers generally don’t clean it up. At this time, you need to spend money online to clean up the uninstallation residue.
You need to delete all previously installed versions and then install new ones, and that's it.
