What’s the situation with the need to update the OAL for CADWorx16 components? Seeking help

I recently started using CADWorx. I asked a colleague for a pipeline library for a project, but it failed to open on my computer; an error message indicated that the component OAL needed to be updated. I couldn’t find any information regarding this component OAL online, and now I’m completely confused. My CAD version is 2015, my CADWorx version is 2016, while my colleague’s CADWorx version is 2015. The pipeline library file is fine and can be opened properly on other computers. But theoretically, since I’ve updated it, it should be compatible with version 2015; I’m not quite sure why this isn’t the case. Help! Thank you!
