In ternary diagrams, it is not possible to select “Find azeotropes”“

The input components are cyclohexane, water, and ethanol. For the property method, select UNIQ-RK and click the ”Ternary Diagram“ button; no matter what actions are taken, the option ”Find Azeotropes“ remains gray. Cannot be selected. I don’t know what’s wrong with me; these two items remain gray forever: Q:Q:Q
Based on past experience with installing lower versions, could it be that the software wasn’t installed properly? Based on the intuitive properties of the three, a heterogeneous azeotrope should exist.
Thank you for your reply; I’ll give it another try. Actually, the day before this problem occurred, it worked fine; but the next day, nothing would work no matter what I tried, and I was very puzzled.
