After mixing methanol, maleic acid, monomethyl maleate, dimethyl maleate, and water (which have similar boiling points), how can Aspen be used to simulate the separation of water?
It is recommended to change the title by including “Aspen”; this way, many technical staff from fields other than design won’t need to click on it, as only a very small number of people use this software. I downloaded it but deleted it after not understanding how to use it
It’s not done by directly using Aspen; instead, the sequence and methods of separation are determined from the perspective of chemical engineering principles first, and then simulation is carried out
