AVEVA Diagrams can get the reports we want in the following three ways: 1. Visio’s own reporting function ； 2. PDMS standard Reports function ； 3. PDMS standard Quick Reports function. Below, we take exporting a valve report as an example to focus on the report function that comes with Visio. When our PID drawing reaches a certain stage, we need to get the valve information in a single page or all PIDs. Then we can use Tools->Reports->Visio Reports to make basic settings of the report and customize the report objects and object attribute columns.
