I’ve made measurements on the drawings; I don’t want to do the calculations manually one by one. How can I use software to perform these calculations with just one click? After counting the number of elements in different areas, I’m worried that some might be missed during the tallying. I want to be able to go to those areas with one click to verify the counts. Open the drawing: Open a PDF-format drawing and perform measurements and annotations of length, area, quantity, angle, and radius on it. This way, when conducting measurements and statistics, you can filter and view the results by color, making the statistics clearer and easier to understand. II. Steps for measurement and statistics operations: 1. Click on the toolbar – Measurement and Statistics. 2. The Measurement and Statistics popup will appear; within it, you can select the range to be analyzed in order to calculate length, area, and the number of elements, as well as obtain a total value. Filtering can also be done by color label. ①By default, the software calculates statistics based on the measurement data of the current page. When there are more than 1 page in a PDF, the measurement data from different pages can be analyzed by selecting a range of page numbers. For multi-page statistical data, the page number of that data is also displayed in the first column of the statistics. ②The colors used for filtering and marking can be modified; different marking colors are employed to facilitate differentiated statistics and easier viewing. Steps: Check \"Filter by color\" – the color selection box allows for statistics to be generated based on color in terms of length, area, and count. Once the statistical range and color filtering settings are completed, statistics on length, area, and quantity will be displayed automatically below. By clicking on any measurement annotation record, PDF Quick View will automatically locate that annotation on the drawing (a dashed box will appear around the annotation, along with edit and delete buttons). “The “Total” box automatically calculates the total length, area, perimeter, and count for the current range and filtered colors; this text can be copied to other software. ③To export the table to Excel, click the \"Export Table to Excel\" option. PDF Quick View will export to Excel the total length, area, perimeter, and quantity of the current range as well as the colors used for filtering, making it easier to proceed with further aggregation and analysis. By default, the software creates an Excel file named “Measurement Statistics.xls” on the user’s desktop. The user can change the export path or the name of the saved file in the “Output Directory” field; additionally, the software also allows saving to a new tab within an existing Excel file. ④View the exported Excel file – it will open automatically. The Excel file contains 4 tables: the first table is for length statistics, the second table is for area and perimeter statistics, the third table is for quantity statistics, and the fourth table is for measurement accuracy and unit statistics (the parameters in this table can be modified in “Annotation Settings” – “Numeric Settings”). 3.
