Aspen startup shows an error indicating that the enterprise database failed to load

This issue can be resolved by starting PowerShell as an administrator and running the following command: New-ItemProperty -Path \"HKLM:\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\stornvme\Parameters\Device\" -Name \"ForcedPhysicalSectorSizeInBytes\" -PropertyType MultiString -Force -Value \"* 4095\". Enter the following command to verify whether the change was successful: Get-ItemProperty -Path \"HKLM:\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\stornvme\Parameters\Device\" -Name \"ForcedPhysicalSectorSizeInBytes\". After making these changes, uninstall Microsoft SQL Server 2019 (6bit), then reinstall it from the directory \Aspen_V14_ENG\3rd Party Redistributables\Microsoft SQL Express 2019, and it will install successfully. After completing the installation steps above, restart the computer and then initialize Aspen’s database to successfully load the enterprise database.
