This post was last edited by Mu Liang on 2018-2-25 at 22:01. How can one calculate the dew point pressure of natural gas with a known composition at a given temperature? I can only obtain a dew point curve; I need help – please use PROII to calculate values for several given temperature points
Use the flash stream feature or a flash module
Flash is not necessary; simply provide the logistics line, specify the temperature composition, select the dew point for pressure, and then start operation.
Could you explain it in more detail? With the logistics module, one can only enter the components and select the thermodynamic equations; thereafter a phase diagram is generated. But it’s not possible to calculate the dew point pressure at a given temperature
The composition and flow rate need to be entered, as well as the temperature and pressure. With temperature fixed, select the dew point for pressure
When exporting, do you just click on Phase Envelope in Tools?
What output? Just click to run it and check the logistics to find out
I still can’t figure out this damn thing. Could someone with expertise give me some guidance? Please share a picture or video to explain it better; it’s impossible to explain it in just one or two sentences. Thanks
