SPLM is unable to generate a machine ID

RT: This error window appears when the machine ID is generated after SPLM is installed. Have anyone encountered this issue before, and how was it resolved? Thank you!
Others say that uninstalling the antivirus software could work. I tried but it didn’t work; I just paid on TB and had someone else install it
