The class received instructions from the control center; worried about having heard wrong, they asked for confirmation again. But after giving instructions to the on-site staff via the control room, it turned out that the action taken was incorrect; during the post-shift meeting, the staff in the control room refused to admit that they were wrong, while I confirmed that I had heard them correctly. Since I have only been in this position for a month, I didn’t try to argue forcefully; although no accident occurred, the higher authorities are taking it very seriously. Whose fault is it, after all? Should one bear the responsibility if a penalty is imposed? The original team all started working at the factory together a few years ago, and their cooperation has already developed into a well-established system. I only joined through a competitive selection process later on; there are still many areas where I need to improve and integrate better.
