Does anyone know what caused it? How can this problem be solved?
If the wind temperature is sufficient, try increasing the air volume, which will raise the operating current of the blower and the exhaust fan.
The method of increasing air volume was tried; we installed a fan between the hot air furnace and the dryer to boost the amount of hot air supplied to the dryer, but it had little effect.
Could it be a problem with the ammonium? Because when we use different types of monoammonium compounds in production, the bonding behavior varies.
The temperature of the dryer is too low; it’s likely that the moisture content in your finished product is above 2.0%. Try increasing the temperature of the dryer to 350 degrees and see.
The 15-15-15 chlorinated products are produced well in granular form; all scumming within the system can be removed. This scumming is likely caused by a low temperature at the dryer inlet or insufficient negative pressure there.
The temperature is no longer low; the temperature at the back of the dryer can reach 80 degrees Celsius, allowing the moisture content in the products to be kept below 1.5%
We are producing 15-15-15-CL. Most of the time, the swirl plates and polishing areas in the dryer are sticky, but there are times when they are not sticky, and this situation is quite confusing
The reason for the low pH value of the material at the outlet of the granulator is that some ammonium carbonate should be added, as the pH value is too low. With a nose temperature of 200 degrees and a tail temperature of 80 degrees, and a moisture level below 1.5%, it indicates that your air flow is high, meaning the fan used is of large capacity. You can try reducing the air flow rate, increasing the negative pressure and the temperature at the machine head.
